use social bookmarking sites. the good thing about social bookmarking, you can access your bookmarks from any PC so the bookmarks are accessible wherever you go. it even goes beyond normal bookmarking. unlike the usual IE bookmarking, you can tag your bookmarks with keywords. accessing bookmarks thru the use of keywords are easier than having a hierarchical folder structure.

Save the page to your desktop.
File, Save As… then save it to your desktop.
Then delete it when you no longer need it.

You could write it on a piece of paper and throw it away when done, like a Post-It.

Set a shortcut to the desktop temporarily. When you’re done, delete it.

create a new bookmarks folder within the original one called something like Temp
and put your temporary marks on it
when u finish ur thing
delete the whole folder or just the links
