For a serious one, I would suggest you use T35.com The address would be simple for your clients to find. For ex. Youradresss.T35.com

If you are using a personal one for fun, try freewebs. No avertisements or popups (only if you don&#039;t use their pagebuilder. Your going to have to type the coding yourself. Sorry!)

Geocities has a fair hosting storage, but the bandwith is far too small, and the ads on the right are REALLY annoying. 

P.S. Its not reall called design, unless you painstakingly draw it yourself on the computer :P You can call it pasting fun stuff, because the web developers already wrote the code for you to stick in</description>
